I just want to recommend used inventory salesman Yuta for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. My husband and myself just purchased a Grand Vitara from him this month and he made the whole experience of buying a car, much more pleasant than other experiences we've had. He was very helpful, informative, respective and did not try to push us to purchase anything we didn't desire. I/we really can't say enough about how good he is. We also found any other staff we came in contact with to be pleasant and helpful.

    Dear Potential Millwoods Suzuki customer, I would highly recommend Millwoods Suzuki Service center. I've always been a part of a Volvo or Honda family - but now that I'm on my own - a Suzuki fit the bill (literally). After getting the run around from Mlilwoods Canadian Tire Auto Service (you have to leave your car with us for 2 days...no shuttle service, etc.), the experience at Millwoods Suzuki Service was 10 fold better. Connie and the fellow were knowledgeable, made eye contact, and had time for a conversation---and didn't chide when routine maintenance was overdue. Having just arrived in Edmonton for work - this little Suzuki was just going to be a starter car - and my sights have been on the Honda CVR...Let's just say that my radar's expanded - and I'll be exploring what Suzuki has to offer. Thank you Suzuki Millwoods.

I just wanted to send you a letter of appreciation for the level of professionalism and attention we received from your Sales Manager, Tony Pontieri, and the rest of your business team at Millwoods Suzuki.  We recently purchased a used vehicle from you on the 10th of November and we have been very pleased with the car to date.  It had been serviced and cleaned to almost showroom condition and this is very much appreciated.  Tony also took it upon himself to show us some of the features of the vehicle and was very attentive with us even after the sale was complete. Tony's level of professionalism was truly refreshing in a highly competitive and sometimes aggressive work environment and it was really appreciated by me and my wife.  I just wanted you to know that I would refer others to visit your dealership and a personal recommendation to Tony as well.     Just thought I'd say hello and tell you that I am really enjoying the manual SX4 I purchased last month. I am definitely racking up the km's having taken it from Jasper to Saskatoon and back, Vernon and back, etc...but it's been a fun car to drive and I just managed to get all the stuff I had in storage packed into it.  Mileage has been decent too. I made it all the way from Saskatoon to Edmonton on one tank; mind you it stopped indicating range kms by the time I pulled into the station. It's running great !!

    I have been coming to Millwoods Suzuki for a while now and have not always received the best service. I have been told my vehicle is ready to pick up and it was not. I would like to say I brought in my car with the same expectation and was very surprised to see a new Service Advisor, Connie as the desk.  She was very fast and efficient in the morning and confirmed my vehicle would be done by 2:00pm and called at 12:30 to advise the vehicle was ready for pick up. I arrived at the office and the paperwork was ready and it took just minutes to get back to work. It was a pleasure to get such great service and she deserves your notice for her great commitment to your clients. Regards,

    2011 Suzuki Kizashi, and saving $1,500 off of MSRP!! Bought a 2011 Suzuki Kizashi SX AWD for $31300 with undercoating. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a dealership. Highly recommend Millwoods Suzuki.

    Heads above and beyond my expectations! Wow! What a different experience. I was initially hesitant and skeptical towards any dealership because of a bad experience in the past with a separate lot. This place has completely transformed my thinking, though. First, I was not pressured and my boundaries were greatly respected. Second, The process was painless, quick, and efficient; it seemed like we had our keys in hand before we even knew we got the car! Thirdly, the follow up and care towards my wife and I as customers blew us away. Have you seen the latte machine in their? Wow. This was really above and beyond anything I expected though, and it places Millwoods Suzuki in the highest of regards for me: We found our light cracked 2 days after purchasing our sx4. We had no clue how it happened As we learned that an inspector for the larger company deemed it to be uncovered by the company, I called Greg to see if he could help in any way by giving me a phone number to call a higher office. I just didn't believe it was a just decision. I was hoping that the right thing would prevail in this mess. but I didn't really know how. Greg did something that absolutely blew me away and shows that in this world of business, even today in these tougher ecenomic times when people should be pinching every penny, there are still honest businessmen out there that truly care about people and relationships above money. Few and far between for sure. Greg ordered the light cover, trusting my wife and I, and said if the company did not pay him back for the part, he would have it taken off his personal cheque. It was an expensive part! That goes far beyond any role that a typical salesman and company should fill. That's real business. Millwoods Suzuki is absolutely, beyond the shadow of a doubt, the best place to buy a vehicle. My wife and I are so grateful. Thanks Greg! We also won the trip to Las Vegas as well. Basically the best dealership on earth.

    Great Experience! I purchased a new Suzuki grand vitara 2008 in the beginning of February 2008, and the staff/salespeople were extremely courteous and supportive. They were helpful while at the the same time gave me space to make my own decision without pressure. All my service and parts checkups have been efficent and easy to do. The staff once again has been responsive to my every need and are kind people. I have told my family and friends to visit Millwoods Suzuki.

    Excellent Service I found my experience with Millwoods Suzuki to be very beneficial, as I had brought in my car, a Suzuki sx4, for a missing part...the service department was extremely helpful and courteous while addressing my car issues, and very prompt with their response time after I had placed the order. Unlike other dealerships I had dealt with in the past, they took the initiative and were on top of calling me back...I was given a pretty fair price for my original quote, and was given a free oil change as part of a deal they had going on at the time. The mechanics were also very friendly, and as I had no idea what was wrong with my car, they took the time out to explain step-by-step the process they were going through...although these may seem like pretty basic expectations to have, my past experiences with other dealerships have led me to believe that customer service and efficiency is not their top priority; however, with Millwoods Suzuki, I found the staff to be friendly and polite--not to mention they provided excellent service! I would definitely recommend anyone to bring their car to the Millwoods Suzuki dealership!!

    Service I have been bringing my car to Millwoods Suzuki Service Department for 3 years now. The service staff is always polite and friendly with me, and always checking with me before they go ahead with the work. I like it how the mechanics will even come out and explain the issues with you. Keep up the good work!
